Gerakan National President, Dato’ Mah Siew Keong has slammed Ikatan Muslimin Malaysia (ISMA) president Abdullah Zaik Abdul Rahman for making a seditious statement by saying that the Chinese community are ‘intruders’ who allegedly discriminate against the Malays.

“I am really with disgusted with the level these individuals are willing to stoop for their personal selfish benefits.  Such remarks are an insult to Malaysians especially the Chinese community who have contributed so much to nation building. Even the Prime Minister acknowledged a few days ago that the Chinese played a huge role in our economy’s development”

He stressed that Gerakan being a multiracial party for all Malaysians does not tolerate such racist behavior and would make a police report in order for the law to take its course.

“I strongly urged the police to not only probe ISMA president but also arrest and charged him for such seditious and racist statements that will affect the unity of Malaysians."
