1. The social contract is an understanding among the various races, more than anything else, for a harmonious existence.
2. It is not a formal document signed by certain prominent individuals, or anything like that. This may be explained to the people.
3. Hence there is nothing wrong in organizing a forum on it. It will clarify matters, and in no way disturbs Article 153. Neither is there an attempt to alter the contract.
4. We should be proud of our Federal Constitution, and attempts to discuss and explain its formulation should be encouraged. It is better for people to be properly informed, rather than have inaccurate ideas.
