The Minister of Home Affairs is requested to review the decision to continue holding M. Manoharan under the ISA.  He has been given the mandate by the people of Kota Alam Shah to represent them.  He received more than 12,600 votes, a 7000 plus majority, which indicates they have faith in him.  Continued detention is tantamount to ignoring the wishes of the people. At least, he should be sworn in as a State Assemblyman.
